Gildas is a data scientist and speaker with a passion for helping students and recent graduates in data science launch their careers and move ahead on a fast track.
He is also dedicated to helping professionals who are not data scientists learn the discipline, so they can bring the advantages of data science to their organizations.
His expertise in data science encompasses predictive modeling, AI, big data architecture, machine learning algorithms, experiment design, marketing analytics, and statistical modeling.
Gildas has 15 years of experience in data analysis and software engineering. His career has included data-engineering positions in finance, telecom, banking, health care, and higher education.
He has recently served as a member of the Data Management team at Harvard Business School Online.
Gildas has an undergraduate degree in economics and Mathematics, and he has an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science.

Charis has over fifteen years of experience in machine learning, big data, new product introductions, file and hardware storage, and software development. She is passionate about using design innovation to solve problems in data science.
Charis is the co-founder of a startup in the machine-learning space, focused on helping retailers leverage big data to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences.
Leadership at Microsoft
Before joining American Business Data Science, Charis worked at Microsoft, where she managed a platform for machine learning (ML) competition, created new ML features, and was recognized as an inspiring technical leader, who was chosen for a competitive women’s leadership program.
Charis serves as a coding instructor, mentor, and advocate for early STEM education and volunteers for several nonprofits that help promote greater diversity in the technology industry.
